GOWAAA is a Singapore-based creative tech startup specializing in creating Augmented Reality (AR) experiences for brands on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and the web browser (WebAR). Our AR experiences create engaging content to activate the brands' marketing campaigns with creative interactivity & visuals that makes everyone GOWAAA!

We are looking for a Project Manager to help us liaise between our clients and our internal teams to ensure all AR projects are completed as smooth and timely as possible. You don't need to have any AR-related experience to apply, what is more important is keeping an open mind and having the willingness to learn! What will you be doing?

• Act as the single point of contact between clients and GOWAAA

• Arrange and attend campaign brief with clients

• To understand clients’ business/brand to provide recommendations in AR solutions to achieve marketing objectives

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients assigned through regular contact via phone, email or face to face meeting

• Day-to-day management of clients’ email

• Liaise with internal departments to deliver tasks necessary for the campaigns

• Review and raise initiatives to improve clients’ AR campaign

• Arrange and communicate project timeline with clients

• Allocate tasks to relevant GOWAAA team members and ensure tasks are completed on time

• Complete projects within agreed budgets and timelines. Ensure work is delivered on budget and manage invoicing according to contractual terms.

• Keep up to date with AR and social trends and share these insights with both our clients and internal teams.

• Provide suggestions and improve our internal project managing process

• Optimise Asana project management template

• Work remotely from anywhere in the Southeast Asia timezone

What you will not be doing?

• Managing the usual digital marketing projects which involves numbers, statistics, ROI and all the thing you hate while learning Math in school

• Renewal revenue target? what is that?

Requirement

• At least 3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Able to speak and write fluent English

• Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills

• Able to communicate with team members from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India in English

• Familiar with Asana project management tool

• Experience in understanding the needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions

• Prior marketing agency experience in client management will be advantageous

• Have a working laptop that enables you to fulfil all the job requirements

• Able to be contactable through Whatsapp and video calls between 9am - 6pm (GMT +8)
