Sales Partner
GOWAAA is a Singapore-based creative tech startup specializing in creating Augmented Reality (AR) experiences for brands on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and the web browser (WebAR). Our AR experiences create engaging content to activate the brands' marketing campaigns with creative interactivity & visuals that makes everyone GOWAAA! As a member of the Official Spark AR Partner Network, we have created more than 300 unique immersive experiences globally for clients such as Meta, Disney, Netflix, Samsung and United Nations.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Partner with existing brand relationships in the Asia Pacific, to grow new business and maintain existing client business for augmented reality and mixed reality experiences across our Asia Pacific territory, with Singapore and Hong Kong as our top 2 priorities.
As a Sales Partner at GOWAAA you are responsible for keeping our clients at the forefront of social. You act as the all-round business partner for our clients and you are a natural when it comes to building a trusted relationship. You will dive into what our clients need, what motivates them and really get to know them to be able to identify different social media needs and think along with solutions.
This role is open to remote candidates that reside within Asia Pacific, countries in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong are preferred but qualified candidates from other parts of Asia pacific will also be considered.
What you will be doing?

Build and grow client relationships with new and existing clients

Become a trusted client partner that provides consultative service and solutions from the proposal stage throughout the lifecycle of the project

Lead the development of strategies to generate leads with new clients

Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Development, Design, Project Management, etc.) to ensure the completion of proposal deliverables

Manage, write, assemble and finalize proposals using GOWAAA’s template

Facilitate scope and pricing discussions with internal teams as it relates to each proposal

Directly pitch ideas to clients

Maintain client communication for key milestones during production

Facilitate brainstorm sessions both internally and externally for client projects

Perform outreach duties and lead generation to potential clients

Present GOWAAA’s capabilities to prospective clients

Maintain a sales pipeline and accurate forecasts to achieve targets and quotas
Requirements
-
Have 2-5 years relevant working experience as a Client Lead, Account Manager or similar
-
Have solid knowledge of the digital marketing industry and social media in particular - agency experience is a big plus

Interest in and understanding of AR, VR and XR technology

Having Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, digital media understanding and experience are ideal

Proven track record of creating key client relationships and networking that result in new revenue opportunities as well as driving incremental growth on existing work

Demonstrated success establishing, expanding and closing project engagements of varying complexity and size

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese

Effective presentation skills and the ability to command a room

Strategic mind but willing to do the day-to-day work

Creative and motivated self-starter with strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented multi-agency workplace; flexibility and accepting of ever-changing needs

Experience negotiating SOWs and contracts – effectively forecasting and scoping work with teams

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with strong understanding and experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides

Existing contacts and past experience brands, including the following industries ideally: museums, tourism, entertainment, travel, and/or global CPG brands

Able to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 10 am - 7 pm Singapore time (GMT+8)
